Keystone: Running Into Sarah

I was traversing along the less-traveled East Wall of A-Basin, trying to look like a local that knows what's going on. A girl zipped past me. She stopped and looked back.
"Hey I am trying to take a picture of the mountain. Do you want to post for my picture?" She said.
I was pleasantly surprised and confused, and then I asked, "Me?"
"Zi?!?"
"Sarah?!?"
Our laughs rang through the entire valley.
This is the picture that Sarah took. I was actually thinking "Kirsten I am tired of traversing more but shit this run here is steep and rocky though..."

We ended up all skiing together, with Shea, Kirsten, Sarah, and Sarah's friend Rachel. Kirsten and Shea are a dynamic duo, and these two new companies just made the day even better. One of my favorite ski trips so far!

About A Basin though..
- it's a much less touristy smaller ski place with awesome snow. I am going to be a regular
- many fun blue runs
- try to ski the East Wall, if you want to get
- a beer at the patio at the base or at the Black Mountain Lodge is a must
P.S: It was a Big-Ten ski day but Wisconsin flag was nowhere to be found! We have decided to shake things up!
